Disk shaped heaters of PD-200 series are designed for pre-start and constant heating of diesel fuel passing through the fuel filter at ambient temperatures from +5 °C to -40 °C.
This heater was designed specifically for filters that are threaded into the filter cover (see specifications).
Disk heater combines the functions of flow-through heating and pre-heating when the filter housing is heated before the engine start.
The recommended duration of filter pre-heating from the car battery is 5-10 minutes. In the warm-up mode with the engine running, it will take approximately one minute to raise the temperature of diesel fuel by 1°C.

Initial filter temperature is -22°C. Demonstration speed increased by 10 times. In the upper right corner, you can see the actual warm-up time.
INSTALLATION
Disk heater is installed between the cover and the fuel filter according to the assembly scheme. The heater kit also includes an aluminum adapter ring and a replaceable socket, which allows you to install the heater in case of insufficient length of the standard socket (see installation manual).
OPERATION
Disk heater is turned on and off by a switch located in the cabin. LED indicator in the cabin shows when heater is switched on.
OTHER FEATURES
All disk heaters have overheating protection and optimized power consumption.
Average service life - 5 years or 3000 hours of operation.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT MODEL
To select the right model, you need to know the power supply voltage of your car (12 or 24V) and make sure your filter has the M16x1.5 mm thread on its metal housing.
