PP-300 is designed for continuous diesel fuel heating. It operates while the engine is running.
This heater is shook-proofed, it can be installed anywhere on the fuel line, including outside the engine compartment. One of the main features of this heater is that there is no direct contact between the heating elements and the fuel, as a result, service life of PP-300 is much longer. Fuel inlet and outlet are at a maximum distance, which increases the amount of heated fuel passing through the heater.
PP-303 must be installed vertically with inlet and outlet fittings arranged horizontally.
Heater is usually mounted in the engine compartment on the bracket with two screws. The ends of the fuel line are fixed on the fittings with clamps.
Connection to the on-board vehicle network is carried out according to the scheme shown in the user manual. Diode light in the cabin indicates when the heating is on.
PP-303 has automatic control. Electronic module turns the heating on when the temperature of the fuel drops below + 5 °C and turns it off when this temperature is exceeded. PP-303 operates only when the engine is running, thus relieving the load from the battery. The heating elements used in this device exclude the possibility of fuel overheating and ensure its complete safety.
Average service life - 5 years or 3000 hours of operation.

PP-303 model is also for trucks, buses and other equipment with on-board network voltage of 24 V but it has more power (450 W) and fuel throughput (up to 680 liters/hour).
This heater can be used in vehicles with a fuel system pressure of up to 9 Bar.
