Heated nozzles of NTP-300 series are designed for diesel fuel heating inside the fuel tank. They operate in pre-launch and continuous modes with throughput of up to 680 liters/hour at temperatures ranging from -40 to +5°С. Warming up time in pre-launch mode is 5-10 minutes.
NTP-300 heaters implement the functions of dynamic heating control: automatically increasing the heating power to the maximum level when fuel passes through the heater or reduces the heating power to minimum in the pre-start mode. It also prevents overheating above 130°C.

Initial filter temperature is -22°C. Demonstration speed increased by 10 times. In the upper right corner, you can see the actual warm-up time.
INSTALLATION
NTP-300 heaters are installed at the end of the fuel intake pipe with the help of locking screws and connected to the vehicle electrical system according to the connection scheme (see user manual).
Nozzle heater is turned on and off by a switch located in the cabin. LED indicator in the cabin shows the operation status.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT MODEL
To select the right NTP model, you need to know the supply voltage of your car (12 or 24V) and fuel pickup pipe diameter (10 or 12mm).
