Heated nozzles of NTP-100 series are designed for diesel fuel heating inside the fuel tank. They operate in pre-launch and continuous modes with throughput of up to 420 liters/hour at temperatures ranging from -40 to +5 °С. Warming up time in pre-launch mode is 5-10 minutes.
INSTALLATION
NTP-100 heated nozzles are installed on a standard fuel pickup tube with a tube diameter of 10 or 12 mm and a supply voltage of 12 or 24 V. Nozzles include a coarse fuel filter, a vibration-resistant fire/explosion-proof heater, and a mounting device.
The nozzle is connected to the vehicle’s onboard power supply according to the wiring layout (see user manual).
OPERATION
NTP-100 heater is turned on and off by a switch located in the cabin. LED indicator in the cabin shows the operation status.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT MODEL
To select the right NTP model, you need to know the supply voltage of your car (12 or 24V) and fuel pickup pipe diameter (10 or 12mm).
